Scafell Pike

After a 6am start on Saturday morning, a sleepy few of the intrepid hikers set off on the mammoth journey to the Lake District.
With a few breakfast stops for Rob 'the buffet boy' , We arrived at the national trust car park at the foot of Scafell Pike at about 1pm. We geared up & started the steep accent to the peak ! The weather was fantastic and after a long 2 1/2 hour climb we all reached the top, to see the amazing veiws of wast water and the Lake District.
The decent was a lot quicker, think we all knew the pub was the next start and we were all back in the mini bus with in 4 hours of our start !

A great effort by all the team as the training reaches it final stages !
